More Nexl Woes
So the next chapter in my Nexl Helmet “Review” as it seems is sadly, though not unexpectedly, a sad chapter. It came as no surprise to anyone that they’ve missed the latest shipping date without a word of explanation. Problem is, I am now leaving my current job at the end of the week, and need the helmets shipped somewhere else. So, I called Nexl… Four times. I left four messages explaining I really needed to talk with someone. No one called me back. So, I tried to e-mail again… Sending a letter to both Gil and Gabby, literally begging for some communication. Brace yourselves for this… No reply yet. Only time will tell if Nexl will be able to pull their heads out about this one. Will keep everyone posted!
Edit: One quick update, here is a link for their local Better Business Bureau, seems they are having issue with their warehouse.
