Again, Nexl fails

Here is what I get for hoping that Nexl would keep their promises spoken over the phone… Not only did my helmets not ship when promised, I didn’t get any notification about it like I was assured I would. After a few more days of calling and leaving messages, and sending e-mails etc… I get an e-mail back with yet another shipping date in July. So I guess I just say again, if you care about actually getting what you paid for… Don’t bother dealing with Nexl.

Hey! My name is Lindsa,y my husband order his carbonfiber helmet from there and we have paid almost 200.00 for this helmet with nothing tangible yet. Empty promises, answering machines, wacky emails and a bunch of bs to go along with it…What a hassle and problem…they have given us date after date of when it would be delivered etc. My husband placed his order on April 28th, 2007…and what is today???? EXactly…we’d love to hear more aobut your experience, obviously your blog says ALOT…know of any others in the same boat, business run like this is ridiculous…thanks for sharing your experiences, or lack there of…

Thanks for the note Lindsay! I just updated with another post about what has been going on. Unfortunately, we are not the only ones getting the run around from Nexl. Best of luck getting this taken care of!
