Well, I’ve given up on waiting for the refund and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. They’re working on it, and did say that they didn’t see any attempts to refund listed on the account, though it would take another week before they could confirm Nexl didn’t really try to refund at all. They are contacting them to dispute the charges, hooray for my bank!

Same experience here, ordered 2 helmets on 05.21.07and paid $304.90 on my AmEx. After many e-mails and phone messages they finally sent me one e-mail on 07.11.07 that helmets would ship in 2 weeks. I cancelled 08.21.07 and have since been trying to get my money back (too late to dispute at AmEx). They don’t answer any of my e-mails or voice mails. I will try to contact Google as well, thanks for the hint.
