I went pricing TVs the other day and fell in love. Augh. And it looks like I’m going to be losing my Saturdays off after this shift.

Same experience here, ordered 2 helmets on 05.21.07and paid $304.90 on my AmEx. After many e-mails and phone messages they finally sent me one e-mail on 07.11.07 that helmets would ship in 2 weeks. I cancelled 08.21.07 and have since been trying to get my money back (too late to dispute at AmEx). They don’t answer any of my e-mails or voice mails. I will try to contact Google as well, thanks for the hint.

These guys appear to be a complete scam, I too am waiting for my refund from Google.

Here are some things I have found:
Last year they were busted for using illegal immigrants for workers.
Their helmet are imported from China.
They say their helmet are reinforced with carbon fiber. Define reinforced. A scarf test (taking a slice of the helmet) show no carbon fiber.
They have not passed DOT testing.

Other than that, I am sure they are a fine bunch of fellows.

I ordered – http://www.carbonfiberhelmets.com/ – they answer their phones, what a concept.
